Longest Lunar Eclipse (Full Blood Moon) of the 21st Century to Appear in July — Here’s How to See it

Do you have your eclipse glasses handy? Good, because the longest lunar eclipse of the 21st century — also referred to as a glowing red ‘Blood moon’ — will make an appearance on July 27, 2018. The total eclipse will last for approximately 1 hour and 43 minutes. Only those in the Eastern hemisphere will be fortunate enough to view it.

EarthSky reports that on the night of July 27 and in the morning hours of July 28, the blood moon will be visible. Reportedly, it is the longest lunar eclipse projected to occur in the 21st century. Astronomers say the total eclipse will last for a full 1 hour and 43 minutes. The partial eclipse (which takes place before and after the anticipated event) will last for 3 hours and 55 minutes.
What is a lunar eclipse?

A lunar eclipse takes place when the Sun, Earth, and Moon are directly aligned. The moon’s orbit brings it directly into Earth’s shadow. Business Insider reports that the ellipse lasts so long because the moon passes directly into the darkest region of Earth’s shadow (also known as the umbra). This is what causes the moon to appear blood red.

Curiously, July’s full moon will take place at the same time as the moon’s apogee. This is when the moon hits its furthest point from our planet in its monthly orbit. Reportedly, it’s the furthest full moon of the year. As a result, it will take more time for the moon to pass through Earth’s umbra, or dark shadow.

The total eclipse will start at 7:30 pm UTC and will end at 9:13 pm UTC. 8:22 pm UTC will mark the peak of the eclipse.
Symbolic Meaning of July’s “Blood Moon”

To discern the meaning of this month’s event, let’s look at the symbology of the moon and the color red. The moon represents our deepest longings, our basic needs, our habits, our unconscious mind, and our ability to respond (or react) to situations. Overall, it relates to how we feel and how we have programmed ourselves to think and behave.

In the tarot deck, the moon represents illusions and intuition. This card appears either when you are lying to yourself or others — or when you suspect there is “more than meets the eye.” Finally, red ed symbolizes stubbornness, confidence, courage, passion, aggression, and standing out in the spotlight. Red is also about self-awareness and our ability to survive — and thrive.

Put all three of these together, and what do you get? As Guiding Echoes suggested during a similar event, July’s full blood moon signifies a time of change, which primarily resulted/is resulting from a deep yearning for something “more,” as well as cognitive dissonance about the state of the planet and what’s “really going on.”

To those who are paying attention, this is apparent in real life. Every day, it seems, new scandals are highlighted and those responsible are called out by those in the media and public participants. The anger that is erupting is a side effect of the corruption which has permeated global societies for hundreds — if not thousands — of years.

In order for change to occur, the “dust” (aka secrets) which have been swept under the figurative rug must be uncovered. It is normal for revelations to lead to passion — but some people are choosing to be swept away by their anger, rather than confront the root cause of many of mankind’s ails. What is being realized around this full moon is that another shift in consciousness is occurring. This happens at least once in every generation; each awakening leads us further down the path to self-realization and truth.

As you “do the work” (meditate, adopt healthy habits, and cultivate kindness for others), especially around this full moon, you will find that you no longer need to lie to ensure your survival. You will also feel compelled to allow your “true self” to shine, not a fabricated lie to fit into society. These changes will not happen overnight, but they will be evident in time.

Top 22 Stephen Hawking Quotes and Lessons That Will Inspire You To Think Bigger and Never Get Discouraged In Life

World renowned physicist Stephen Hawking has died at the age of 76.

He died peacefully at his Cambridge home in the early hours of Wednesday, his family said.

Stephen Hawking is probably the most recognizable and admired scientist of recent times.  Diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a form of motor neurone disease, at age 21, he overcame debilitating illness to produce some of the most groundbreaking scientific theories in the last few centuries.

Hawking’s goal has been no less than to understand the workings of the universe, devoting his life to uncovering “The Theory of Everything”. Stephen Hawking might be disabled in body, but certainly not in his ambitions.

His life is an astonishing story of a man who faced enormous odds and went on to become one of the world’s most famous scientists..

A very young Stephen Hawkings getting married in 1965

He has been and will be the most influential face of courage and inspiration for generations to be.

Here are some of his most insightful quotes which will inspire you to think bigger and to never get discouraged in life.

Celtic Druid Astrology: What Does Your Tree Zodiac Sign Reveal About You?

You’ve probably heard about zodiac sign astrology, but have you ever heard of Celtic tree astrology? This type of astrology was created by members of the high-ranking professional class in ancient Celtic cultures, known as Druids. Celtic tree astrology was designed using the natural connection that Druids had to the Earth cycles, as well as the sacred knowledge held by the trees.
Here are the 13 tree signs as described by Celtic tree astrology:

1. Birch – The Achiever (December 24 – January 20)

These few weeks mark a time of darkness with little sunlight. The Druids believed that Birch babies were always stretching themselves thin, trying to find the light. Birch babies are said to be highly driven, motivational and ambitious. They’re often resilient, natural-born leaders with the ability to win others over due to their charm.

2. Rowan – The Thinker (January 21 – February 17)
Rowans are known for their philosophical, visionary minds. They are creative and original with a unique inner passion and deep motivation. Rowans often have a cool exterior that can transform energy in tense situations. Their unique nature allows them to be highly influential. These out-of-the-box thinkers dislike restriction and conformity.

3. Ash – The Enchanter (February 18 – March 17)
According to Celtic tree astrology, Ash are enchanting, imaginative, artistic free-thinkers. They see the world in vivid color. Ash can be moody at times, but they are inspired by nature. They enjoy art, writing, science and spirituality. Some view Ash as reclusive and introverted, but they simply love the world they created for themselves. They are both idealistic and realistic.

4. Alder – The Trailblazer (March 18 – April 14)

Alders are known to blaze their own trails with passion, often gaining followers and supporters along the way. They are charming and easy to talk to, confident, focused and self-assured. They have no tolerance for nonsense and they don’t like to waste time. Their brave, competitive nature often makes them great parents, leaders and entrepreneurs.

5. Willow – The Observer (April 15 – May 12)
Celtic astrology sees Willows as very connected to the moon. They are highly creative, intelligent, intuitive and realistic. Willows have a great understanding the cycles and seasons, which allows some of them to have psychic abilities. They love to learn and they constantly seek new knowledge, which makes them great teachers. Their fears will hold them back if they let them.

6. Hawthorn – The Illusionist (May 13 – June 9)

Hawthorns tend to be very different on the inside than the outside. They can be difficult to read, but they are typically very passionate, creative and curious. Hawthorns don’t judge, which makes them great listeners and insightful friends. They are able to see the big picture. Hawthorns are often great performers due to their illusionist persona.

7. Oak – The Stabilizer (June 10 – July 7)

Oak signs are known to be strong, protective, generous and nurturing. They are highly optimistic and they believe that everything has it’s way of working out. Oaks enjoy learning about history and ancestry, which makes them great teachers. They also crave structure. Oaks love having large families and they enjoy being involved in their communities.

8. Holly – The Ruler (July 8 – August 4)
The Druids saw Holly signs as noble, natural leaders. They were people of power who welcomed a good challenge. Holly signs are able to tackle any obstacles that get in their way. They’re competitive, ambitious, confident and dedicated to achieving their goals. Holly signs are often perfectionists. They are natural leaders, but they also don’t mind being in a supportive role.

9. Hazel – The Knower (August 5 – September 1)
In Celtic astrology, Hazels are intelligent, organized, efficient and academic. They have excellent memories, which allows them to excel at reciting and recalling information. Hazels might appear to be know-it-all’s, but they truly like to be well-informed. They can be extremely detail-oriented, sometimes to an obsessive or compulsive degree. Hazels enjoy doing anything that involves numbers, science and analytics, which makes them great planners and organizers.

10. Vine – The Equalizer (September 2 – September 29)
The Druids believed that Vines had fluid and changeable personalities, just like the seasons. They can be unpredictable and indecisive, which allows them to see both sides of a story. They are often seen as very empathetic because they don’t like to pick sides. Vines are a bit moody at times, but they can also be charming and elegant with a taste for the finer things, such as food, wine, music and art.

11. Ivy – The Survivor (September 30 – October 27)
Ivy signs are compassionate, loyal and giving. They are often soft-spoken, spiritual and charismatic. They are born at a time of the “waning sun,” which led the Druids to believe that life may seem more difficult to them at times. But Ivy signs are graceful in their ability overcome obstacles. They have a steady stream of energy that allows them to hold their own.

12. Reed – The Inquisitor (October 28 – November 24)
According to Celtic astrology, Reeds are great at keeping secrets. They also love to uncover the truth. Reeds dig deep to find the heart of the matter. They love a good story, causing them to be drawn to gossip, scandals, legends and conspiracies. This trait makes Reeds excellent journalists and detectives. Reeds love people, because they represent mysteries to uncover. They have a strong sense of truth and honor, and they can be jealous at times.

13. Elder – The Seeker (November 25 – December 23)
Elders are free spirits and thrill-seekers, possibly because they are born at a time when the light is fleeting. Elders may seem extroverted, but they can be withdrawn, thoughtful and philosophical. They can also be very helpful, honest and outspoken. Elders have a tendency to assume they’re always right, due to their intellectual nature.

Super New Moon in Gemini 25 May 2017 – Bringing the Start of a New Cycle!

The potent Super New Moon falls in the air sign of Gemini on May 25th, 2017.

This Super New Moon is going to bring the start of a new cycle, however before this new energy can emerge, the old has to be cleared.

The old energy we are clearing this time around, comes from the events that stirred around the Scorpio Full Moon earlier in the month.

This was an intense Full Moon that likely brought things to the surface that needed to be cleared for some time.

Even though this Full Moon was only a few weeks ago, it is likely that it also brought things to the surface from way back in August 2016.

Perhaps if you look back on your life from that time period till now, you will see just how your journey has unfolded and how themes may have returned in order to be cleared or worked through once and for all.

New Moons and Full Moons always represent the start and end of a cycle, but often their impact lingers for months or even years. This is especially true when we have a Super Moon or an Eclipse.

This year, the Super New Moon in May will also be followed by another Super New Moon in June. This double hit of strong lunar energy means that things over the next few weeks may feel intense.

The Moon is responsible for our deeper emotions and feelings. The Moon rules over the unseen worlds and can bring whatever is hiding in our subconscious mind to the surface.

This can be confronting at times and can also challenge us to really make changes on the deepest of levels.

The Moon also challenges us to pay attention to our intuition and the more energetic or spiritual sides of life.

As the Super New Moon falls in Gemini, it will be guiding us to focus on our thoughts and how we have been communicating to ourselves, to others and to the world.

Gemini energy is very “thought” driven and often there are times where we all experience our thoughts running away from us.

It is important to understand that our thoughts don’t really belong to us. In a way, our thoughts are like a stream that floats above us, and the thoughts we gravitate towards are the ones that are in alignment with the vibration we are emitting.

Your thoughts are not who you are. You are in fact, the observer of your thoughts but when you blur those lines and identify as your thoughts, that is when suffering can occur.

The Universe doesn’t cause our suffering, we do, our thoughts do. Events come and go, but it’s the thoughts we hold onto that cause us to suffer so much more.

We stress, we worry, we become fearful, and very soon we feel mentally, emotionally and even physically sick.

This New Moon is going to be challenging us to view our thoughts differently.

This Gemini energy is going to be guiding us to remember that we are simply the observer of our thoughts and that our thoughts don’t have to define us.

We may also find comfort in the fact that the more positive and harmonious we can make our thoughts, the more likely we are to feel better.

We don’t need to engage with all thoughts that come in, but we can open our mind to welcoming in positive and loving thoughts, for no other reason other than to feel good.

In fact, this is the super power that we all have- we are all in charge of choosing our thoughts, and what we choose can have a huge impact on how we view our lives.

This Gemini Super Moon is definitely going to be playing with our minds and encouraging us to review and assess the state of our mental activity and our thought processes.

When you can master your thoughts, that is when you will be able to master your life! So use this New Moon as an opportunity to reprogram the way you think.

The energy of this Super New Moon may feel intense, but know that the more you can keep your mind clear and positive, the easier it is going to be to navigate through.

The May Super New Moon energy is going to linger for the coming weeks and will work alongside the Super New Moon of June, so you may not  be able to fully feel the start of the new cycle just yet.

This month, Mother Moon will need some time to work her magic.

In fact, if you were planning to use this New Moon for manifestation work, you may have to wait a few days in order for this energy to settle so you can really see things clearly and manifest from a clear frame of mind.

Everyone is going to be affected by this New Moon slightly differently, so just keep an open mind and go with the flow.

Mother Moon is always on our side, we just have to trust.

Rare Pink Moon In Libra On April 11, 2017: Prepare For A Huge Energy Shift!

Keep your eye out for a rare full moon on the night of April 11. This unique pink moon in Libra will cause a cosmic shift in energy if you open yourself up to it. If you’re standing outside on Tuesday gazing at the sky, you won’t actually see a pink-colored moon. The moon’s name comes from vibrant pink wildflowers called ground Phlox. They are some of the first flowers to blossom around this time each spring. The pink moon alludes to the changes in nature that happen around this time of year. If you allow yourself to feel the moon’s energy, you may see similar changes in your own life.

Here’s what to expect from Tuesday’s rare pink moon in Libra:

1. Heightened Energy

The pink moon will cause a heightened energy around you. It’s up to you to choose how to channel the energy. You can allow it to become a negative source, or you can use it to better your life and yourself. By welcoming the energy shift with a positive attitude, positive things will follow.

2. Stronger Intuition

If you have a gut feeling in the days ahead, don’t ignore it. The pink moon will strengthen your sense of intuition. You’ll feel more connected to your inner self, including your wants, needs, desires and intentions. Listen to your instincts and follow through with your gut feelings.

3. An Awakening

The pink moon will bring about a wave of conscious awareness. If you open yourself up to it, it will lead to meaningful self-discovery. Use this time to re-center yourself. Find balance in your life. This new awakening will help you see the future more clearly and allow you to see what path to take.

4. Closer Relationships

Ares of communication will be highlighted in the days after the full moon. Use the energy to catch up friends, family members and loved ones. Take the time to reach out to people you haven’t seen in a while and re-connect. Your social skills will be spot on after the pink moon, and you’ll crave closer relationships with loved ones.

5. A New Adventure

Full moons are associated with rebirth and new beginnings. If there’s something you’ve been wanting to try but never had the chance to, now is the right time. It might be taking up a new hobby, learning a new language or starting a new exercise program. Whatever it is, commit to it. Stop making excuses. Don’t let anyone get in your way from re-charging and trying something new.

Mysterious ‘Underwater Wall’ That Circles The ENTIRE Planet Found On Google Earth (Video).

A mysterious video posted on YouTube claims there is a supermassive wall located beneath Earth’s oceans, encompassing the entire planet.

This mysterious wall, found by a YouTube channel called ‘Flat Earth Arabic’ claims the massive wall tens of thousands of miles across beneath the ocean.

In the distant past, UFO enthusiasts and conspiracy theorists have found countless unexplained things on Google Earth. From pyramids to mysterious towers, petroglyphs, and even sunken cities, Google Earth has unleashed the imagination of people around the globe.

Not long ago we reported about a supposed discovered just off the coast of Mexico—12°8’1.5″N, 119°35’26.4″W—where a researcher discovered a  humongous underwater pyramid. Among the many structures that are said to remain hidden beneath the ocean, ‘researchers’ have found things that—supposedly—challenge everything we know about our history.

Last year, a teenager using Google Earth ‘discovered’ what researchers are calling one of the largest, previously unknown ancient cities belonging to the Maya.

In similar ways, researchers all around the globe have been hunting for Pyramids and lost structures that have eluded experts for decades.

In 2012, American researcher Angela Micol discovered ‘Pyramids larger than those found on the Giza Plateau, using satellite images.

But countless different discoveries have been made using Google Earth.

Last year we reported about a complex of structures that stretch for a staggering 76 miles at its furthest points.

The formations found off the coast of Baja California include mysterious tube-like constructions that are roughly 2.4 miles in width. Given the curious shape and distinguishable lines, many believe these are just some of the many underwater structures on our planet.

However, these new claims go beyond anything we’ve probably ever come across.

This wall’s sheer size and its adherence to linearity indicate it is not a natural formation to many. In fact, many people are convinced that due to the numerous discoveries made across the globe which completely contradict history as we have been taught in school, something like this is entirely possible. After all—they say—Earth is millions of years old and we are begging to uncover evidence that suggests many ancient civilizations inhabited Earth in our planet’s long history.

BUT, HOLD ON A SEC, THIS CAN’T BE A WALL, RIGHT?

Zooming in on the provided coordinates you clearly see what seems to be a MASSIVE structure. But who could have erected such a wall? If it really is an artificial structure, how old is it? What was its purpose?

Many disagree and don’t believe we are looking at an actual wall. In fact, there even might be a perfectly reasonable explanation for the enigmatic finding.

What if we are looking at a Google Earth glitch?

Due to the fact that Google Earth uses different images while ‘mapping the planet’, it isn’t uncommon to encounter parts of the map that just didn’t quite match perfectly, resulting in a MASSIVE wall that encompasses the entire planet.

One of the most likely explanations for this ‘impressive find’ is that we are looking at a digital seem in the mapping of the Poles.

SATELLITE IMAGE STITCHING ERROR?

Image stitching or photo stitching is the process of combining multiple photographic images with overlapping fields of view to produce a segmented panorama or high-resolution image.

Commonly performed through the use of computer software, most approaches to image stitching require nearly exact overlaps between images and identical exposures to produce seamless results.

Image stitching is widely used in today’s world and was used in the satellite images we are seeing on Google Earth.

BUT AN ENTIRE WALL THAT ENCOMPASSES EARTH?

A lot of things can have played a role in creating such an effect. Illumination, point of view, reference, and many other things may have played a crucial role in this massive error. One of the most likely reasons for the seam appearing could be the background changing between two images for the same continuous foreground.

What are we looking at there? A Supermassive wall as the above video claims? Or just another glitch in the image processing techniques in Google maps?

BUDDHISM IN PRESIDENT OBAMA’S DALLAS MEMORIAL SPEECH

“An open heart is the dwelling place of compassion that extends towards all beings.” ~ Venerable Thubten Chodron
As I watched President Obama in Dallas on Tuesday standing before a mournful audience at the memorial for the five murdered police officers, I wondered what words of comfort—what succor—he would offer.
This is the 11th time in his presidency that he has had to offer presidential words of support to the mourning families and friends of Americans lost to gun violence. And frankly, he looked weary. He even said himself, “I’ve hugged too many families who have lost a loved one to senseless violence.”
As was to be expected, he praised the officers who were killed, he praised the city of Dallas, its mayor, police chief and citizens. As was to be expected, he praised police officers across the nation who are tasked with the duty to protect and serve, and acknowledged that the vast majority of them are doing a good job.
He chided a society that systematically allows poverty and lack of a good education and opportunity to fester in certain communities—and then expect the police to act as social workers, teachers, parents and drug counselors.
Throughout his speech he made spiritual references, quoting biblical verse, as one might expect in a Bible belt state like Texas. “The Lord tells Ezekiel: I will give you a new heart, the Lord says, and put a new spirit in you. I will remove from you, your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh,” he quoted.
His speech took a decidedly Buddhist turn when he asked the question, “Can we find the character as Americans to open our hearts to each other?” And for the rest of the speech, the theme of an open heart permeated his words.
One of the qualities of the Buddha nature, as explained by Tsoknyi Rinpoche, is “immeasurable loving-kindness and compassion.“ A core teaching of Buddhism, he says, is that “we all possess this nature.”
The President went on to say:
“Because with an open heart, we can learn to stand in each other’s shoes and look at the world through each other’s eyes, so that maybe the police officer sees his own son in that teenager with a hoodie who’s kind of goofing off but not dangerous—and the teenager—maybe the teenager will see in the police officer the same words and values and authority of his parents.”
In her book Broken Open: How Difficult Times Can Help Us Grow, Elizabeth Lesser says, “A broken heart is not the same thing as sadness. Sadness occurs when the heart is stone cold and lifeless. On the contrary, there is an unbelievable amount of vitality in a broken heart.” In other words, a broken heart is an open heart.
Hearts have been broken by the events that took place in our country between July 5th and July 7th. The families and friends of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile have had their hearts broken by the cops who killed them. The families of Lorne Ahrens, Michael Krol, Michael Smith, Patrick Zamarippa, and Brent Thompson have had their hearts broken by a gunman who killed them.

The nation has had its collective heart broken by divisiveness that has gripped our collective psyche in the last few years.
The president said, “That’s what we must pray for, each of us: a new heart. Not a heart of stone, but a heart open to the fears and hopes and challenges of our fellow citizens.”
For the remainder of his speech, President Obama extolled the nation with the virtues of opening our hearts to each other.
“With an open heart, we can abandon the overheated rhetoric and the oversimplification that reduces whole categories of our fellow Americans not just to opponents, but to enemies.
With an open heart, those protesting for change will guard against reckless language going forward, look at the model set by the five officers we mourn today, acknowledge the progress brought about by the sincere efforts of police departments like this one in Dallas, and embark on the hard but necessary work of negotiation, the pursuit of reconciliation.
With an open heart, police departments will acknowledge that, just like the rest of us, they are not perfect; that insisting we do better to root out racial bias is not an attack on cops, but an effort to live up to our highest ideals.
With an open heart, we can worry less about which side has been wronged, and worry more about joining sides to do right.”
In an article I wrote recently, I talked about the loving-kindness meditation that I do when ugliness and strife seem to overwhelm me. “May I be well. May I be happy. May my heart be open and filled with loving-kindness. May I enjoy true peace in this life.” I felt my heart open wide as I listened to the President’s speech. I pray that the hearts of others were opened as well.
You can read the full text of the President’s speech here.

Injured Dolphin Approached Divers For Help. Nothing Could Prepare Them For What They Saw!

During a night dive last January at Gadren Eel Cove in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii; a bottlenose dolphin caught in a fishing line approached scuba diver Keller Laros for help.

The dolphin’s left pectoral fin was stuck, wrapped around fishing line with a hook embedded into its body. The divers, who were well-equipped, signaled the dolphin to come over.

Thanks to Martina Wing this amazing footage was caught on film.

WATCH THE VIDEO:

This is an awesome example of how smart animals truly are, especially dolphins!

Just recently the scientific community recognized the consciousness of animals! An international group of prominent scientists signed The Cambridge Declaration on Consciousness in which they are proclaiming their support for the idea that animals are conscious and aware to the degree that humans are — a list of animals that includes all mammals, birds, and even the octopus. But will this make us stop treating these animals in totally inhumane ways?

India also just recently recognized dolphins as non-human persons and officially banned all dolphin shows! This is definitely a step in the right direction!

How To Train Your Brain To Stop Worrying!

Worrying is an unnecessary evil when it comes to your mental health. Some consider it simply a bad habit that can be unlearned with practice. Some think that worrying may serve a purpose for the brain by helping us to learn from past experiences and prepare for new ones. Whether good or bad, worrying occupies our brain by focusing on an uncertain future that we can’t control.

It is said that depression is focusing on past events that you wish you could change, and that worrying is focusing on future events that you have no control over. It could also be said about worrying that you only think you have no control over the future when you can actually choose to take action to help prepare for whatever it is you are worried about. In this article, we will look at active ways that you can help train your brain to stop worrying.

HOW TO TRAIN YOUR BRAIN TO STOP WORRYING

1. STOP YOUR BRAIN FROM WORRYING BY WRITING IT DOWN

When you are training your brain to stop worrying, this one technique is said to be the most valuable. If your brain is keeping you up at night by thinking about something, put it down on paper or electronic format. Doing so lets your brain breathe a mental sigh of relief by no longer having to spend energy trying to remember these details. If you’re worrying about what to serve for a gathering of friends, write down ‘What to serve?’

Writing it down also is a way for you to put your brain on notice and tell your brain ‘This is important enough to write down.’ Your brain has now been alerted to put resources toward solving this problem rather than being worried or having to remember the important thing to worry about.

Why write it down? Researchers now have evidence that chronic worriers may be chronic problem avoids too. Scientists in the journal Anxiety, Stress & Coping gave worriers an opportunity to write down three possible outcomes for the situation they were worried about, then they analyzed their answers for practical solutions. The scientists say ‘When participants’ problem elaborations were rated for concreteness, both studies showed an inverse relationship between degree of worry and concreteness: The more participants worried about a given topic, the less concrete was the content of their elaboration. The results challenge the view that worry may promote better problem analyses. Instead, they conform to the view that worry is a cognitive avoidance response.

2. MEDITATE FOR A WORRY FREE BRAIN

Meditation can help train your brain to stop worrying. Researchers in the journal Psychosomatic Medicine studied the effects of meditation and found that meditation is particularly good for reducing cognitive anxiety, or worrying. Although some people believe that they do not have time to meditate, meditation is as easy as choosing to close your eyes right now for 30 seconds or longer. The act of choosing to tune out other sources of stress is an active step to train your brain to stop worrying.

A few moments where you consciously choose to avoid any non-natural noise in your life will allow you to get centered around what is most important to you, now and in the future. Worrisome thoughts may come to you while you meditate, and this is normal. Those who have mastered the art of brain training to stop worrying recommend observing worrisome thoughts as they enter the mind and simply watching them pass like clouds on a breezy day.

3. EXERCISE TO TRAIN YOUR BODY AND YOUR BRAIN TO STOP WORRYING

Worry is how your brain learns to survive by deciding to activate the fight or flight system. If a cougar jumps out at you, you instantly feel a rush of adrenaline, and this fear response is the same thing that is happening to your body when you worry, just at a much lower level over a longer period of time.
The same study in the journal Psychosomatic Medicine found that exercise, on the other hand, is good for when your body feels the symptoms of anxiety, like jitteriness. If your body feels less of the physical symptoms of stress, your mind will interpret that there must be less to worry about because the body is not in a state of heightened arousal.

Exercise seems to give the body a secondary reason for the rapid heart rate and perspiration that we may feel on a small level when we worry. Exercise can help lower blood pressure, which is another physical symptom of stress in the body. If you can identify that you are worrying, go for a 5-10 minute walk, outside if possible. Appreciate the sights and sounds of nature while focusing on the motion of your limbs and the breaths that you take.

Russian Scientist Photographs Soul Leaving Body And Quantifies Chakras. You Must See This!

Does the soul exists? According to Dr. Konstantin G. Korotkov, a Russian scientist, the soul does exist and he has evidence showing that there is something beyond death. He has photographed soul leaving body and quantified chakras, which is explained in the text bellow.

The idea that there is a soul has been part of the human culture for millennia. Most people believe there is a soul, but there are some who believe the soul does not exist. Will there ever be concrete evidence proving that the soul exists? I believe one day someone will invent a technology that can prove the existence of the soul. Until that happens, we can only look at the effects of the soul. Trying to prove the existence of the soul is similar to proving the existence of gravity. You cannot directly see gravity, but you know it exists due to the fact that you can feel or see its effects.

In the nineties, Konstantin Korotkov, a professor at The St. Petersburg Federal University of Informational Technologies, Optics, and Mechanics in Russia, had created something very interesting…

This technology isn’t new; this has been created time and time again through different means. (source)

Konstantin had created a device he named GVC, which is based off the the ancient Chinese system of energy meridians. It measures the bio-energy that all living organisms give off through a non invasive, painless evaluation.
It uses a small electrical current that is connected to the finger tips and takes less than a millisecond to send signals from. When these electric charges are pulsed through the body, our bodies naturally respond with a kind of ‘electron cloud’ made up of light photons.

This glow can be captured with an optical CCD camera system and then translated onto a computer.

Each sect of the finger tip represents different organs and systems in the body. A computer program projects the figure of a body and places a type of auric cloud around it that is in correspondence with each chakra.

According to the ancient Ayurvedic Indian medicine, each part of our fingertips correspond to different body parts and systems within us.

They also say that there are 7 main energy points along the center of out being as well. Konstantin took this idea and applied it to his technology.

The different coloured balls represent each chakra, and how much work we need to put into it, mentally, physically and emotionally. The farther off it is from the center, the more that specific chakra needs working on.

This can translate into physical life, if your throat chakra is off, that can mean you need to work on speak up. If your heart chakra is off, that can mean you need to practice compassion and understanding with the people in your life.

Korotkov also used a type of Kirlian photography to show the exact moment someone’s soul left their body at the time of death! He says there is a blue life force you can see leaving the body. He says the navel and the head are the first parts of us to lose their life force and the heart and groin are the last.

In other cases, he’s noted that the soul of people who have had violent or unexpected deaths can manifest in a state of confusion and their consciousness doesn’t actually know that they’ve died.

This method has been used by over 300 doctors around the world who have used it for monitoring stress and even treating things like cancer.

Many doctors are finally starting to understand that many ailments stem from an emotional disruption first and then manifest into a physical illness.

The more we can understand the depth of consciousness and how it affects our physicality, the more we can explore medically.
